TRAC Panels for ADME-Tox Screening in Rat Cells and Tissues

Rat models are a powerful tool in pre-clinical drug screening. Our validated TRAC probes for ADME-Tox in rat have been used extensively to explore drug metabolism in rat liver tissues using known hepatotoxic or drug metabolism-related compounds such as Phenobarbital, Acetaminophen, Dexamethasone.

We have over 120 targets and 14 reference genes to choose from, which can be combined to create a custom panel of 30 genes for assessing your model system. These include:

  • Aldehyde dehydrogenases,
  • Cytochrome P450 family members
  • Glutathione enzymes
  • Reference genes including Actin, Gapdh and Ubc
